LegalipCoach is the personal brand name of Ifeoma Philippa Okenyi, a lawyer with over ten years of legal and business experience. Having earned an LLB from London Southbank University, an LPC solicitor’s certificate and LLM with distinction from BPP Lawschool London and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2013 on successful completion of the Legal Professional Course of the United Kingdom.

The professional background of the LegalipCoach cuts across International Business  and Intellectual Property. Currently managing the law firm Bodtink Legal Practitioners “THE IPHUB” - which encourages young lawyers and people with interest in IP, to rally around themselves; sharing knowledge and information, as well as regular organized trainings. The LegalipCoach was birthed in the course of making all of these possible.

As counsel and Intellectual Property portfolio consultant for commercial law firms, companies, and business owners; also having handled several complex instructions on behalf of foreign and local clients. You can't understate the wealth of knowledge and experience gained over the years; from constantly being faced with the reality of how little we as a society know and understand about Intellectual Property or its management for value and wealth creation.

In the past decade we have seen an influx of entrepreneurs, artists, creatives and tech innovators in the marketplace, but the Nigerian public and businesses do not take advantage of the opportunities in intellectual property.
